David Mason

David worked successfully in a variety of sales and marketing roles in fast moving consumer goods, before moving to the world of performance improvement 25 years ago.

His focus is always on using his commercial acumen to link performance improvement solutions to clients’ business objectives to create sustainable impact.  His experience has been gained in supporting large multi-nationals as well as fast emerging medium companies.

To support customers he draws on a combination of best practice know how, gained from working in global organisations such as Wilson Learning, Frost & Sullivan and Sales Performance International, as well as his own experience as a successful sales person and sales leader.

His expertise spans customer engagement through to programme design and implementation. He specialises in supporting customers to create the right conditions for a successful programme through effective upfront consultation.

Based in the UK, he has extensive experience of working on both Global and Pan-European programmes.
